8 oz. Nairn Oat Crackers

4oz Butter

1/2 tsp sweetener



14oz (400g) low fat cream cheese

14oz (400g) no fat Greek yogurt

5 tbsp. Sweetener

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

Rind of 1 lemon

1/4 tsp lemon juice



  • Warm oven to 180c
  • Crush the crackers and add sweetener
  • Melt the butter and then mix in with the crushed crackers
  • Press into a greased spring base tin
  • Bake at 180c for 5min
  • Put all the filling ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
  • Pour into tin and bake at 180c for 25min
  • Let it cool before serving


Can be nice to decorate with sliced strawberries or other berries for serving.
