For these yummy Brownies you will need...

100g skin on almonds/ground almonds
250g dates
75 g cocoa powder
2 Tbsp honey
50g pecans/almonds (roughly chopped)

METHOD

  • Whizz 100g almonds/ground with dates, honey and cocoa- add water in necessary to form a dough.
  • Mix in chopped nuts.
  • Put in a 20cm tin and leave to set in the fridge
  • When the brownies are set to touch, enjoy!
  • I roll it out with a rolling pin, its completely up to you
