Corporate Catering with a Twist

Asked to come up with something a bit different for a corporate event the Eatlunch team came up with:
mini soft tacos (chicken and vegetarian options)
mini hot dogs with fried onions
mini pizzas - meat, fish and vegetarian toppings
nachos
fruit skewers
marshmallow skewers with chocolate & popping candy.
Being mini portions meant that people could try a variety of the options - the mini tacos went down very well and the marshmallow skewers were a big hit.
